Welcome to the '10 Day Shred' Program!
This program is designed to challenge your core, upper and lower body in a complex way.
There are 10 workouts total to be done every other day. To maximize your results, see the workout schedule to know what workouts to do on the days in-between.
I will have 2 co-hosts throughout this program. NYC trainer David Nso and my amazingly fit wife Martha!

-Heavier dumbbells (10-30lbs)
-Sliders (hand towels work well!)
-Couch or bench
-Yoga block (a couch cushion will work)
