Welcome to your 14 Day Jumpstart program!
This program is perfect if you're looking to move, sweat and improve your overall strength. You will have the best success if you do the workouts consecutively for 14 days. The workouts are only 20 minutes per day, so no matter how busy you are, you should be able to find time to squeeze them in.
I'm looking forward to moving and sweating with you every day for the next 2 weeks!
