Welcome to the "21 Day Fix" challenge!
The purpose of this challenge is to incorporate daily movement into your life for the next 21 days! Do your best to complete each workout!
Four of the workouts were completed LIVE in January 2021, but are posted for you to complete!
The equipment needed for this challenge is a booty band, 1lb dumbbells (or soup cans), 5lb dumbbells, and heavier dumbbells are optional.
