Hello and welcome to the Gillian Johnson Wellness community. I’m so excited that you’ve signed up!
If you’re wondering where to start, I would suggest my "14 Day Jumpstart" program. Workouts are between 20-30minutes and whether it’s full body, upper body, lower body, core, mobility or cardio, there is a different focus each day. With modifications to make exercises easier or harder, this program is suitable for beginner, intermediate and advanced.
A lot of my workouts are without equipment, but most require dumbbells (anywhere from 5-10lbs AND 1lb dumbbells or soup cans), a booty band, sliders (you can use hand towels on hardwood floors) and a mat!
If you’re ready to turn things up a notch, you can follow my weekly workout schedule which will be posted on the site every Sunday.
As a member, you will have unlimited access to a large library of on demand workouts with new workouts added every week!
Whether you have 5 minutes or 50 minutes, there will always be a workout that will fit your schedule, challenge you and give you great results.
