Today we will be focusing on Isometric exercises. This means, we get into a position and HOLD. Isometric exercises are great for improving strength and stability around your joints.
No matter your level, choose any modifications that I give and push yourself!
EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
5-10lb Dumbbells
1lb Dumbbells (or soup cans)
Booty Band
Mat
