Welcome to your January 2024 Movement Challenge!
This month, we will focus on starting the year off right with movement and strength workouts.
Make sure you refer to the 'Movement Calendar' so you can plan out your month accordingly.
Equipment needed for this program:
-Mat
-Booty (or 'loop') band
-Light Dumbbells (I use 5lbs)
-Medium Dumbbells (I use 10lbs)
-Heavy Dumbbells (I use 15lbs)
