"10 Day Back to Basics" Program

If you are a beginner, OR you are looking to restart your exercise routine, this program is perfect for you!
Workouts are 20 minutes in length and focus mainly on basic strength exercises to challenge your legs, arms and core.

Equipment needed:
-Light, Medium and Heavy Dumbbells (we use 5's, 10's and 15's - but you are encouraged to use what works for you!)
-Booty (or loop band) - easily ordered on amazon
-Mat
