NO AUDIO ALERT!
We had a major technical glitch in days 8, 9 and 10. My audio did not record!
I record these workouts at our upstate house... and I didn't realize the audio didn't record until we were already back in NYC!

I hope the 'duped' over audio doesn't dissuade you from finishing this program!
