Welcome to the "10 Day Recharge" program!
This program consists of hard hitting 20 minute workouts for 10 straight days!
Workouts alternate between:
-Tabata Interval Training
-Arms & Abs
-Glutes & Lower Body
Equipment needed for this program:
-1lb dumbbells
-'Light, medium and heavy' dumbbells (I use 5's, 10's and 15's)
-Booty or loop band
-Mat

We had a major technical glitch in days 8, 9 and 10. My audio did not record!
I record these workouts at our upstate house... and I didn't realize the audio didn't record until we were already back in NYC!I hope the 'duped' over audio doesn't dissuade you from finishing this pr...
