Welcome to your 25min Full Body strength workout. This workout is an EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute) workout. That means that for each exercise, you have 1 minute to complete a certain number of repetitions. The time remaining is your recovery. I use a kettlebell in this workout, but if you only have dumbbells, I give the correct modifications!
