Welcome to your 22 minute Tabata workout.
Tabata is a type of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and consists of 8 sets of fast-paced exercises, each performed for 20 seconds interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds.
This workout is suitable for all levels (with modifications to make exercises harder and easier).
Traditionally, Tabata workouts are 8 rounds, but to make this a 'quick' blast, this workout has 4 rounds!
