  • "10 Day Shred" Program- Day 1 Shred

    This is Day 1 Shred of the "10 Day Shred" Program!
    Get ready to work... but remember, we're only going to build from here! This quick workout will prep your body for what is to come.
    Equipment Needed:
    -Dumbbells (10-30lbs)
    -Yoga Block (or couch cushion)
    -Bench (or couch)

    This is Day 2 Shred of the "10 Day Shred" Program!
    This workout is a notch up from Day 1. Get ready to work!
    Equipment Needed:
    -Dumbbells (10-30lbs)
    -Yoga Block (or couch cushion)
    -Kettlebell (20-40lbs) *option to use dumbbells instead of a kettlebell
