This NEW January challenge is 20 minute workouts for 30 straight days!

Workouts alternate between:
-Full Body Strength
-Arms & Abs
-Lower Body
-Cardio
-Mobility & Abs

Equipment Needed:
-Light, Medium and Heavy Dumbbells (I use 5lbs, 10lbs and 15lbs)
-Booty or 'loop' band
